Grandpa Makes The Most Metal Album Since… Forever!

Christopher Lee, An English actor from England… Just turned 92 years old and decided he would do something no one ever expected him to do, again…

You see, old Chris has made a metal album before, in fact.. you would be surprised to know that he is literally the most metal grandpa out there, and possible the most metal dude in general. But this is not the first time he has worked on a metal album. 

Christopher Lee has made cameos on several heavy metal albums and released his first full-length solo effort, called Charlemagne: By the Sword and the Cross, in 2010. The album is a collection of words akin to heavy metal Yahtzee. Here's what the music video looks like:

The above pictures are from the music video "The Bloody Verdict of Verden," and it looks like it came straight out of hell, or where ever it is Satan dwells. Its a unique mix of medi evil and death metal, and its friggin cool.

You have probably guess by now that old Chris here is the singer on this collaboration, but you are wrong. For he is actually the lead talker of the group, and repeats the phrase “I shed the blood of the Saxon men” over, and over again. I would have put a link to the video on here but youtube took it down, most likely because they themselves are Saxons and are afraid for their lives. Either way! find it if you can.

Its possible that the metal is unleashed in this one so naturally is because for quite some time, “death metal” was just a part of getting out of bed in the morning.

By the time he was 18, he was already metal for meeting one of Rasputin’s assassins and also laid witness to the very last guillotine execution back in France. So from a very young age he was introduced to intense Merlin beards and some pretty gnarly beheadings. It basically started a long life of being metal, first by later killing Nazis in the British Special Forces, and also by playing Count Dracula in about a million different movies.

Before he finally started working his way into the music industry, there had been at least three three different metal songs written about his strange rolls over the years. Ozzy Osbourne himself even referred to him as the Eemperor of Metal” because of the huge inspiration his films were to Ozzy as a youngster. No wonder when you see this dude in a movie, you cry… instantly.

Tips On Starting A Band

    Once you're confident enough with your talent to actually form a band, start looking for people who'd be willing to join you. Ask friends and have them spread the word that you're looking for bandmates. If this doesn't reap any results, place an ad in the newspaper or on billboards at local colleges (if you don't mind young members).  Leo Fender The Man Behind The Music We All Know And Love. The electric bass guitar has been rumbling the hearts of people on this earth for nearly 80 years.  It wasn't until 1950 that Leo Fender put his mind into creating one of the most Iconic foot notes in Electric Bass Guitar technology to this day, The Fender Precision Bass.  The original prototype was a four string bass designed after the 6 string telecaster electric guitar (which was very popular at that time) in 1950 and marketed in 1951.
